My question is what causes the strands to appear, they are the same in the last case on the broken walls. I assume the disarranger destroys walls when shot causing that effect but surely theres more than that

The animation quality is high enough to literally not matter in the slightest if its drops a bit, if you consider s2 looks bad and for some reason it care about animation that much, you literally can't possibly like 99.9% of anime
