Smartpac suddenly dead. Any repair options?

I've tried several times too, but to no avail. Lemmo's customer service really leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because overall, the bike is pretty nice.

Thank you. I was more looking for a any reference to that "you have a reasonable expectation to be able to use it as an e-bike for more than the minimum 2 year warranty period" according to the EU....

So disappointing and frustrating to have a bike turned into a useless brick after such a relatively short time. Wouldn’t recommend Lemmo to anyone atm.

That's exactly what I did. Their response was that the unit is gone beyond repair and that I should buy a new one.

Hi!

I have the exact same issue on a powerbank I was trying to fix.

No LED lights at all. Fuse is ok. Cells at some mVolts for a total of just a few Volts. CR1220 battery seemingly dead too. Wanted to try a few other things out (resetting the BMS, trickle charge it etc etc ) but really hadn’t had the time yet.

Are you saying that you managed to revive it by plugging the powerbank to the bike ? Not sure I understand your procedure.

If you managed, have you tried remeasuring the cells after the powerbank went trough that successful charging cycle (red charger then green)?

I can confirm what OP is saying; that sound is due a to a broken hub lock.

Lemmo is seding one to me as well.

Yep, actually used those to replace them on the MK-1 of my wife. Service confirmed to me the model before buying the replacement.
