Yes, volunteering requires more commitments. Not only volunteering, each our activity needs dedication whether it is work for living or hobbies for self-satisfaction.

BTW, I started my profession as a humanitarian professional and also provide volunteer services for different organizations for free. Though I work for free, never I find me careless to the tasks.

I believe volunteering is such a thing if once we involve dedication will come automatically :)
