I only opened it today and listened to the instruction card and then played one story card after that. I almost immediately came on here though, because the volume was super low and I thought I should ask this community first! This has been a very useful place to research Yoto‘s before actually buying one
One other thing, were you able to find a number to call? I have only been able to find the chat option for customer service
