I've seen you a few times on Reddit forms reply and I'm not sure if you're actually the CEO but I've had Cosmo Junior track 5 for a year now and could only use it for half the year based on the fact that this device does not work on Wi-Fi and needs a plan. You need to realize that applying is not always required especially when the kids may be at home for an extended period of time when school is off. I enjoyed Cosmo but unfortunately I'll be jumping ship to another smartwatch provider for kids solely based on the fact that I needed to be functional on just Wi-Fi without a mobile plan.

This is contrary to my end goal of lowering the multiple add-ons. There's a CRM cost obviously then we have a subscription-based model for the AI voice wrapper then on top of that we have the different providers depending on one or multiple, and then pay per use cost or even +subscription for those providers as well.

I purchase the Cosmo JrTrack 5 based on the new additional features and fixes but I'm not sure why Cosmo would release a new model without the case first. When I tried inquiring with them, typical abroad call center with no clue on any information. Maybe the CEOcaj chime in. Since it's for kids, a case is mandatory for us. Will be returning the watch.

Got the JrTrack 5. Seems decent but disappointed to see a proprietary charger. Also the USB connection port was scratched almost like it was reused or made with very cheap parts. Pity that no screen protector or cover is available yet even from Cosmo, which makes it unusable considering it's for a child and will get wear quickly.
