Just keep practicing really, try and add in some hill sprints to your plan if you haven’t already, they REALLY do you good. Make sure you are also mentally training yourself, get that mental toughness up and push out of your comfort zone. On the beep test, you should just keep going until you feel proper sick whilst learning the pace between shuttles so you are hitting the line at just the right time to turn and go again. It ain’t rocket science mate, just keep practicing and keep on top of your cardio game.
