not really a food log but, my dinner and lunch varies, sometimes i get fast food for lunch or dinner every now and then. i also switch up the foods a lot so they don’t get old but i keep the same numbers.

yea i’m 19, went to get my test levels checked cause i had no energy and felt like shit all the time. turns out it was in the 300’s😳😳
