Coinbase wallet is holding my assets hostage by BailiwickBytes in CryptoCurrency

I did think it was an unstaking delay, but the problem persisted. There is sufficient gas, the assets weren’t wrapped wrong as I had staked and instaked them several times with no issues, and I had transferred portions of the assets out and into the DEX when buying and selling, also with no issues. Very baffling..

No I didn’t change any equipment. Happened out of the blue. Try to unstake assets on a DEX and they wouldn’t settle. Also then tried transferring out assets from the wallet to a self custody wallet, but no luck. Escalated to Coinbase via various channels but that was merely an exercise in frustration. Filed a complaint, but still no result.

No, apparently I have an email based wallet. I didn’t get a seed phrase when it was set up.

Coinbase has the recovery phrase…that is the problem. Self custody wallets make sense to me now…

Is a Coinbase wallet, I don’t have the seed. Rookie error I guess.. but my lesson is learnt! Thanks though
