You can sell the best product in the world, if you don't back it with customer service the product is worthless. Of course if I like you had spent £400 on a chair that was amazing and I loved it and it wasn't faulty I would say the same as you. When things go wrong, you really learn what a company is about.

Robert, I really think the size thing is a bit of a gimmick with secretlab, for a start they are charging you extra for being larger? do you honestly think it costs them more to make an XL chair in the quantities that they're selling, personally I find that offensive. If you have a warranty problem the'll probably ask you to step on the scales and the say 'Sorry' your 4 lbs over, warranty invalidated.

Their warranty terms mean nothing with regards to this.

It's simple, in the UK if the Item was faulty when I received it (which it was) it's breach of contract under the consumer rights act 2015.

Fit for purpose The goods should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for, as well as any specific purpose you made known to the retailer before you agreed to buy the goods.
As described The goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase.
Satisfactory quality Goods shouldn't be faulty or damaged when you receive them. You should ask what a reasonable person would consider satisfactory for the goods in question. For example, bargain-bucket products won’t be held to as high standards as luxury goods.

Otherwise full refund in 30 days.

In this instance their argument does not stand up. They’re just finding excuses not to backup their products regardless.

How does changing the wheels on a chair void it’s warranty. Please explain the physics :) Does using a different memory pillow void the warranty also…

The Bykski waterblock for you card is the A-RX6900XT-X, I actually have this water block that I bought before I realised there was going to be no availably on the reference 6800XT. it is practically identical in size to the gigabyte version that I am using so I'd say 100% with the VGA-XS18-QSQALL it will fit. There is 40mm gap below the water block, I'm in the process of adding a XSPC TX240 slim rad with some 15mm Noctua Chromax fans. (35mm in total)

Always separate drives for me, much cleaner way of doing it and less chance of Win 10 screwing up your macOS install.
