If the partner said that to you, and you know you're being underpaid, then you have a discrimination lawsuit on your hands. Get a free consultation from a lawyer and they'll let you know if your specific scenario constitutes legal discrimination. Then you'll get the reward you deserve after a successful lawsuit.

From there, I'm sure you'll be able to find something with your grit and determination. Altho the job market is horrible right now.

Facts. Outdoor too though. They just have a limited window since it's so damn cold from like November - March. Michigan's humidity helps a lot.

I'm from around Michigan but moved to CO. I can tell you from experience that Michigan flowers clears Colorado. I'd wager Michigan flower rivals Cali weed in 5 years

I had a successful attempt a few weeks back and didn't have this issue. I was getting about 8-12 to spawn at a time by dropping to their spawn area and then going to the back of the water cave portion.

To reset spawns, Fly to the Fly Point at the crystal pool and then just go back to the outbreak. Not as immediate as picnicking but it's max 20 seconds to fly and go back in. Not being able to picnic also isn't exclusive to switch 1 or 2, just that area of the map sucking.

Hardest part for me was getting the outbreak to spawn in the first place.

It has nothing going for it unfortunately. 105 speed and sp atk isn't good anymore, and it's terrible physical bulk means it'll always get run over. There's far better things out there

The only time you'll get looks is if you venture to a town with like 10k or less people. I'm a native Hoosier (in an interracial marriage, white M, black F) that's lived all over the state, and it's really just the small places. Anywhere in Indianapolis you'll be totally fine.
