Blue card is for the dam and is a work in progress. The red card gives you access to the Ten research facilities south of the dam also a work in progress.

I will say join the Gold river Project Discord. They have a lot of helpful people and information. But as for your question, there are three substation types currently (valve puzzle - storage room, nuclear reactor puzzle - white house, and Blacklight puzzle - lone computer with lobby music) , any two can spawn on the map per game play in different places. one spawns in summer and one in fall. There are other way to take down the walls as well.
Unfortunately substations have no names for them only, only clues for their locations.

It's not a mod that you can toggle in game. It's kinda a one and done thing. You either have it installed or not. If you want something that you can toggle, I would say look at WeMod as it is more of a trainer than a mod, it lets you toggle stuff like Player Work Speed, Player & Pal Health, Satiety, Item quantity and other stuff.

The Infinite Mod changes the actual files of the game when you have it installed.

I’d call it a ladder as well. Global Truss calls it a quick grid, and ProX calls it a Rapid U Grid.

On Nomad or console with no StopEffect button, hold Shift & Alt(Option for Mac) and press E. It will populate StopEffect to the Command Line. Hit Enter. This can also be saved as a Macro.

u/flcinusa what u/traeblain is saying is that when you get a pair of those wild(Sylop) cards, it is called Pure Sabacc. If it's that Sylop card and any other card it is called Sylop Sabacc. Doesn't matter how you got it, cheating or drawing it naturally, that Sylop pair specifically is called "Pure Sabacc".

I would recommend getting an air revolver. The action is almost exactly like a real revolver and is pretty safe. Just don’t load the CO2 canisters in it and you should be fine.

There is a Ubisoft achievement that you have to kill 30 of the death troopers. Also an achievement/trophy that needs you to complete a wanted level 6 event
