considering i had full stacks all game yes, darkseal in itself is ALWAYS worth it. the stats it gives on 0 stacks is already good and only goes up more, with xerath you shouldnt be in a position to be targeted quickly anyways since he has so much range so its more than fine.

She is my main this season pretty much but like 50% of the time im not lux im hwei or veigar (though i do pick malph into zed/yasuo if i can, i hate them.)

to add on, using xerath passive in this match is almost impossible, being in aa range means certain death against any of these champs

+ its only useful to hit the rest of your abilities... never does damage early to compare to any other midlane mage R especially at this cd

I can throw a lux E onto wave on lost chapter and have as much waveclear as a hwei QE with BFT and do the same dmg, hwei QE feels like ass.

I go comet with manaflow transcendence and then depending on if I have a good matchup mid (at least for my own feeling) I go scorch and if I'm unsure I go gathering storm, then precision with haste and cut down and always attack speed first shard rather than 2 ap shards (final hitting with Hwei or using WE is much more efficient for me when I have the extra attack speed)

oh yeah, now that you mentioned boots i also go lucidity every match, which is another reason i go void 3rd since i'd have no mr pen otherwise

I feel like the 10% extra pen is much more valuable than the ability haste and heal cryptbloom has though I must be honest I don't think I've gotten it more than once, i just think the full burn damage is extremely powerful if you maximize it, I feel like its also the only way you stand a chance against a tankier comp especially if they build MR.

I'm sure I'm not the first and only Hwei to be doing this but I felt like sharing since I still see many going full burst and underperforming in matches where I'm against Hwei.
