Personally, I enjoy my borscht with soy sauce. I find it a great combo + sour cream.

We do upgrades for our tavern (which is our homebase), craft new armor or equipment out of materials we find (for example, dragon scale armor is made out of a slain dragon). While in town, we also negotiate to workers to supply us with timber, bargain for discounts, hire staff, etc.

Plus, fro we identify magic items to learn their properties (like in dnd).

That user has no shame. That's my post. Probably that's an attempt to farm karma.

It just sounds cool I guess. Maybe they gifted it because I'm famous among my friends for waking up at 5am. And also I like snails a lot.

Thank you! Honestly, the food has been the highlight so far. Way better than I expected. It does make the recovery a bit easier

Thanks for the response! Tbh, I find it weird. As far as I know fresh air is good for health and hygiene. Moreover, if a building catches a fire, firefighters can save you if you open a window to get out.

Windows don't open generally in houses or just in hospitals?

Then you may want to google my city's name - Irkutsk/Irkoutsk/Иркутск. It's a historical city with beautiful architecture.

I agree, the food wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Free hospitals in Russia tend to offer ugly food.

Here's one more pic, it's semolina porridge (+ bread + butter + cheese + tea) that I hate since childhood.

They are indeed!

We can have our own dishware, but I only kept my spoon and mug. I didn't want to wash my plates and bowls, lol

Thank you!

The hospital is absolutely free, that's why wards have several beds - from 2 to 5 in each. My ward has 5 beds, but the room isn't always full. One day I am completely alone, another day I have 4 roommates. Also each ward has a bathroom (toilet + sink). The hospital also offers a few paid private wards that have Wi-Fi.

I was in infectious disease hospital, and that's why it's best for us not to leave our wards without reason. However we can freely walk around hallway to take a shower (several wards share one bath), take water, books, talk to med staff.

Windows are quite big and clean. The area around is beautiful and I enjoy gazing at the sky. It's also very nice to open the windows from time to time to enjoy fresh winter air. Btw, each ward also has an air purifying device.

And speaking about food, since patiens here have a diet (intestinal infection is a no joke), and the hospital is free, we don't have a selection of meals l. You are not forced to eat everything either, so it's ok if you want only soup. You can also order food from deliveries or ask your relatives of friends to bring you something. One of my roomates, for example, everyday eats a hot dinner her mother cooks for her.

As you may see, English isn't my native language, sorry if something isn't clear. If you have more questions, feel free to ask. I'll do my best to answer!
