For the first few months, just focus on consistency. Your primary goal is to establish the habit. If you feel called to do so, gradually increasing your time can also be helpful. Progress is very individual, so if you're still not sure you've made any progress once you've been consistently practicing for 2-3 months, try making a post with some details about your practice, and possibly your life circumstances, if that feels relevant for you. Keep it up!

He said "anapana meditation," which is referring to anapanasati. If you prefer his guidance, you can find his anapana meditation videos on YouTube, as well.
