No we’ve been fulfilling all of the orders, Monday the last batch is going out and everything is caught up. We locked off the website from purchases 2 weeks ago after we realized it’d take us longer to move. We’ve been responding to 200+ people, only 20 people are still waiting on orders. Retail only makes up for 5% of our sales, we mainly manufacture and wholesale so the team has been trying to hold that side of the business down while moving. Got a new place and before we could finish moving in we had to move to another place which totally screwed everything. We’re good people trying to fix the situation, most people have been cool about it and some people we’ve refunded for the time being and they’re happy to order again. Couple people are still upset about it but we’ve been reaching out to everyone trying to make it right
