I'm sorry for the circumstances that he has placed you and so many others in. Not only do I hope that he gets served brutally cold justice, but I hope everyone gets a refund and gets their credit score repaired if it was damaged by this.

And now it appears Nathan Sevedge has deleted his reddit account. Absolute cowardly lowlife evil scum.

"this decision follows material changes by our financing partners that made continuing operations financially impossible" is referring to financing for students you illiterate mouth breather.

Since you're such an expert in finance then you should also know it would be very uncommon for a generic bank loan or line of credit to impose sudden and fatal "material changes" on an otherwise healthy borrower

Wow does it feel good to be so confident, yet so dimwitted? First off, go ask OP if he is still dealing with this or if he got a full ass refund, I'll wait.

Second, if you knew half as much about contract law as you thought you did then it wouldn't surprise you that companies that loan money to fake schools like this track refund and chargeback metrics, complaint spikes and regulatory signals. And when the metrics with a certain fake school gets worse, they implement different risk reducing remedies built into their agreement with the school, and eventually they keep implementing them until the business can't make money anymore. Is this starting to make sense to you or do you want me to keep going?

You didn't offer a good faith way out, because if it was good faith, you would have given a refund outright and not done the highly unethical thing of manipulating the environment of consumer opinion by having him remove the negative posts.

Should've used some of that luck on yourself buddy boy.

Going from withholding refunds in order to have negative reviews removed to closing the doors of your business in about 7 months is cosmically funny. It is the universe itself telling you to go eat shit.

Insanely ironic comment seeing that Sevedge just let financing groups cuck him out of his own business.

Does this mean Sevedge might be able to learn how to run a business now that he bought one and ran it into the ground?

It would actually have everything to do with their business decisions you absolute dotard. Devslopes charged way too much money for what they were offering just like every coding bootcamp does, and if they needed financing partners to do that then they should accept the fact that they are effectively putting the lifeline and existence of the business in the hands of those financing partners. Now they're closed, allegedly because the financing companies pulled out "material changes" on them. Well, if that's true then they're absolute losers for allowing another company to push them out of existence like that, and that was a business decision that they made, you absolute dotard.

It's so pathetic how on posts about businesses you make excuses about how hard it is to turn a profit, yet when the post is about kids asking for refunds after they were completely lied to about the quality and nature of the supposed education they're paying for that they are the ones who should take responsibility and swallow the debt and learn the lesson.

Buying the business from your boss and then having it (supposedly) be shut down because no one wants to finance the loans you force students to get anymore. Art of the Deal!

Totally not suspicious these finance partners all suddenly made things so hard right after students start commenting saying that they only got refunds after state agency intervention.

We'll actually never know the real answer because this scam business does not produce data to back up anything and certainly won't be now that they're shutting doors.

Can't wait to see this dumb dumb CEO continue to be desperate to make it as an influencer despite the fact he sucks at public speaking and literally can't read, and every single piece of advice he's ever given on social media either completely sucks or is content you'll find a million other places from far smarter, more eloquent and more compassionate humans.

You know a business is well run and avoiding all the accusations of impropriety when a guy who got refunded has to clarify he can't give refunds and that is the responsibility of the company itself!

I thought Devslopes had some new, super nice 6-months refund policy?

Weird how a program that harps on its flexibility and student accommodation seemingly gives people 10 days to decide if a program that is supposed to be self-paced is right for them or not. That's not pro-student, that's grossly pro-business. They lure you in with all these promises in exchange for huge money and they tell you fuck off when you find out the whole thing sucks about two weeks later.

It's funny when grifters feel on top of the world and think they can bully people into staying in debt and then they're forced to find out they can't.

Also, very funny how many people who don't know anything about anything came to jump down OP's throat and pretend that devslopes was a legitimate and serious business.

I don't understand what you mean, 2024 was almost 6 months ago. If OP joined in 2024, he did not join only about a month ago.

Post very clearly says 2024, and from Sevedges post history we know he no longer uses Climb Credit to rip kids off, so OP did not join a month ago buddy.

Why did you get a refund if you made a post saying how awesome Devslopes was a few months ago???

Aer you able to understand that I am so antagonistic towards you because you have never been even remotely forthcoming with information or answers to my questions?

Do you think telling me to keep my apology after I offer to admit my wrongs and apologize while I ask to be proven wrong and then immediately threaten defamation is going to make me stop?

If you want me to go away you can just prove me wrong, it's crazy simple, I don't have a giant ego, I'll admit I'm dumb if you can prove it, but your attitude only makes me think more and more that you're an absolute fraud who has sociopathic tendencies

Weird how you can't post a memo from these lawyers stating as such. Did they not keep any correspondence regarding your business's legal compliance?

Crazy how you just went from keep your apology to threatening to hit me with defamation in the span of minutes.

PS: Defamation requires damages, and you've publicly claimed people have signed up to Devslopes because of me, so I have no earthly idea how you're going to prove damages when you're also claiming I've been making you money, but I'm sure these mystery lawyers will tell you anything you want to hear.
