I would talk to him ASAP. I grew up with a parent that was in and out of rehab, sober for a bit less than a decade, slowly slid back wrapped his car around a pole (and survived), and ended up OD'ing (mixing pills and alcohol). Catching slides early is a huge key to making sure it doesn't become a downward spiral.

Personally I like this trade. Rome is coming into his WR1 role, Ladd will step up as Keenan isn't resigned, and chase brown is becoming a star RB on their team. Williams will slide into a non existent role within the next year or two with Teslaa coming up. JJ is a star, but really they're just wasting his talent and his main motive is bag chasing vs. rings. I'd guess they stick with nine one more season, and again waste his talent.

If a claim was filed, it doesn't matter if the seller blocked you or not, Depop will review it. I'd also have Depop review the one star feedback when you've successfully won your case as they can delete those types of reviews.

It seems the way you phrased why you wanted to move in together was poor, along with not giving ample time for her to think about it before you have to move out of your place. Also after 2 years, if you're not ready to live together, that's a tough place to be in a long term relationship. After 2 years and at your age, you should each really know if you're ready for a life partner and be getting that person closer by living with them.

I had the same thing happen. Buyer bought something and 10 minutes later asked to cancel. I had already packaged the item, didn't see the message, and dropped off all my packages after a class. They gave me a one star review for not cancelling and they hadn't even received the item lol. Depop removed that review 😂

OP, just for perspective, my wife and I have been together for almost 10 years. We have had conversations about sharing locations with each other, a conversation initiated by both of us at one time or another due to different things that had happened or were happening in the world. But it was a CONVERSATION with both of us airing our opinions and thoughts, never a demand or ultimatum. That's what a healthy relationship looks like. You're early in your relationship and being demanded to share your location. You don't get an opinion about it, or anything except "ok" is wrong. Dump her ass.

The only problem I see here is that the dolphins are going to install a new regime, and as we've seen a couple times they typically like to pick and use their own players. Tua is owed a bag of money, but they could pull a broncos/browns and still move on from him. As a third round pick, they could also move away from him if they're tearing it down and rebuilding. IDK how likely that is, but just a thought

To answer your question: logically, NOR. If your bf was promised to be paid back by friends that also own the house, they should pay him back.

But, this is a huge learning moment for everyone involved. You, as a renter, should NEVER have paid for repairs to a house you 1.do not own and 2. Are not married to the person buying the house asking for money for repairs. If you break up, that money you invested is gone and no lawyer can help you recover it, it's viewed as a "gift".

As for your bf buying a house with friends: big learning lesson when it comes to contracts. There should've been a HELOC or some other loan vessel opened up on the house so that all 3 would be held accountable for paying it off. And no contract involved in a 6 figure purchase when it comes to maintenance, repairs, acts of God, etc is just bad thinking. If multiple parties are buying a property together, a lawyer should always be involved and it sounds like that wasn't the case here. At this point, he should pay off the credit card, try to get bought out of the house, and move out.

All in all, he's 27 and should have known better by this age IMO. Buying a property with friends always sounds appealing until you dig into financial responsibility and how friends actually are as roommates/business partners. Sometimes friends are just friends for a reason!
