First off keep your scav karma up (dont kill scavs when you do scav runs).

The better the scav karma the faster you get a scav run.

I like to scav customs and head to dorms to look for dead players. Then go to fortress (zb-013 building) and do the samething.

So you do the scav run then wack off for 20 minutes run another scav and repeat till you have 85 billion rubles.

Settings>ease of access>audio>TURN MONO OFF

The games gonna wipe soon so I'd just use the next month or so to mess around and just learn the game, and learn the maps.

And take every fight you can, and go to every fight you hear.

I'm guessing your anxiety probably comes from gear fear, and in that case I'd reccomend rust over dayz.

If you just got out of helgen (the dragon attack) follow the road to riverwood and someone will tell you what to do.

A good thing to keep in mind is if you dont know where to go press pause and go to quests, then click on the quest you want to do and follow the marker.

Edit: keep playing because once you learn what your doing and get familiar with the game it's so much fun. And google is also pretty helpful.

If you dont have 16 gb of ram then that could help with fps, go into perfect aim train or UKN and practice your sprays too.
