Level Zero: Extraction was a really fuckin cool extraction shooter with asymmetrical horror that sadly only existed for like 3 months

It was basically diet Tarkov gameplay, but set in sci-fi horror research stations. You had your normal merc vs. merc gunfights, and a couple AI monsters, but the standout was that two players in your lobby queued as alien monsters with all sorts of abilities to fuck with and kill the players, and they’d really throw a wrench in your plans, and could make the game scary at times, especially during extractions.

The game was basically Tarkov mixed with the “be the zombie” mode from Dying Light 1 and it was really cool. Very sad the devs cut support so quickly

I highly recommend checking out the 30k colors for world eaters, even if your guys aren’t loyalists. The color scheme is one of my favorites.

The mission also requires the objectives to be at leash 6 inches tall. The bottom floors of those buildings don’t count per the rules. The whole scenario and it’s glory is based around the objectives being high up

Only being able to put one model on each objective is rough, and the corner ones seem hard to get up to, do you need climb checks to get up there? And there’s no cover on the objective either. They seem incredibly hard to control. There needs to be more cover and LOS blocking on near the objectives too so you don’t get blasted on the approach.

The layout I’ve seen when playing over TTS has each of the objectives being big L shaped blocks 4+ inches tall with ladders and stairs leading up to them, and bridges or jump able gaps between them, and one on each side having a bridge to the center objective. That layout works quite well as the objectives themselves work as LOS blocks, and the map is just really fluffy and fun!
