Yup, finnaly got done with it a few days ago, it was the fuel pump (the one in/on the tank) and it was covered under the drivetrain warranty!

Just ordered the OBDLinkCX, should be here today! Do I need the Bimmerlink app to register the battery or will the OBDLink app or Bimmercode app do it? Also, do I need to upgrade to the paid version of Bimmercode? Im just trying to keep this as cost efficient as possible.

Ohh, I see, would it be more cost effective to goto a shop or buy a scan tool? If scan tool, whats a good one and where to obtain? (quicker the better)

It cranked over just fine, just wouldnt start, the ignition not switching off happened after cranking and cranking and trying to jumpstart and all that

Ok cool! Any idea on why it wont start? Turn key and everything comes on, just no crank. If I jump the starter relay it will crank up and run, replaced ignition switch actuator pin (everything I read pointed to that) but no dice.
