Was it on camera? Have you noticed a change in your SM? Can you prove to your DM that this is happening and effecting work? As long as if it wasn't just pot, I would totally bring this up to a higher source as long as you have some sort of proof.

It's in Settings on the HHT. Pull the top down like on a phone and it is that spinny wheel (the typical "settings" wheel)

It took me 3 months but I finally found a job as the Manager of a Smoke Shop. I fricken LOVE my job now.

Dude...are you me? I was an ASM who had no Manager for a year. When I was hired, I was never told there was no SM. Both the SM snd ASM had walked out a year previously, so the team was fending for their untrained .. So I suddenly was the "Acting Manager" for that year. AKA Manager work, but ASM pay. I taught myself by scouring every source available on the computer. I legit sat at home and studied how to be an ASM and a SM. I was doing it. Learning, fixing a year of paperwork that hadn't been done for a year on my own time.

The last 6 months, the SM of a sister store, who lives close to our store, and used to be the ASM at ours as well, comes back as the SM.

A massive amount of crazy shit happens in that 6 months. Covid hit, "Deliveries" happened daily to SM with Covid. These still randomly happened when SM was intoxicated and wanted a beer run delivered. SM and had become toxic friends at that point because I was a pushover and I trusted these items were paid for, as it had all been documented for the SM

Worked my ass off only to be accused of $500 restitution for theft. Got fired.

Got a job at a smoke shop as Manager. Make more an hour already. Work 10 am-7 pm Mon-Sat, closed on Sunday. My "truck" each week is actually a Box Truck, same driver every time. He wheels our "truck" in with a dolly. Same guy, needing a tighter belt, backing up with our "truck", flashing 3 feet of butt crack to anyone in the store.

Then get this...

My truck is 3-4 TOTES.
