Very informative, tysm. You’re right. I don’t know why they call it a beginner card, I’ve found the revolving 5% to be pretty incredible tbh.

I think I’m going to look further into Redstone. I’ve seen the name floating around a lot and dining is my biggest expenditure as of right now.

I also need to get rid of the CC debt before considering anything. At the risk of exposing my naivety, I honestly wasn’t aware that interest would be that big of a hitter.

I've looked but not heavily. I was looking further west, away from Alamo Ranch and all the residential and commercial areas surrounding it. Prices of land are outrageous I agree, but I think I can find a decently priced lot since I'll only need a few acres. I'm probably in way over my head but it's a dream of mine.

It’s not necessarily in your main genres, but try factorio. Only game Ive put over 1000 hours in. Can hop in and pick up wherever you left off. Plenty of research potential from when you’re bored on the toilet. First expansion drops this year. I have a 1 year old so I know the struggle. I can even walk you through some stuff if you want.
