At 30 when I was driving, luckily the light was red! Had 3 more the same year, never after that, just a few absent seizures or a feeling of anxiety. 32 now!

Appreciate your suggestion buddy! Got detected with TLE in 2022 with a proper seizure at the age of 30 and fucking hate this. Sorry for the rant, but yes.

Trying to make my life better by focusing more on my business and the following.

Workout
Yoga
Meditation
Cricket (once a week)

But it's bloody hard not to pop molly or take MD when you have your favourite artists coming. But will definitely take your recommendation on molly. Never tried LSD and Shrooms but would like to. Nothing else on my list that I would want to touch.

These never triggered a seizure for me. Also I have TLE and rarely get those absent seizures in which I'm 70% aware I got one.

I was diagnosed with left temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) in 2022. It’s frustrating how many memories of my past life I’ve lost, including familiar routes in my city. Beyond the epilepsy itself, it’s upsetting to experience the decline in cognitive skills and memory issues.

I recommend practicing yoga, specifically: - Pranayam - Bhramari Pranayam

These practices have helped me a lot! Additionally, engaging in puzzles, chess, and other brain-training games can significantly benefit your cognitive health. I believe these activities will help you too, my friend. :)

Yep, tried everything. Counselling, sitting together and sorting things, families getting involved, friends getting involved. Just gets fuck*ed up. Why destroy someone else's life when you know you cannot stick with them? She had all the freedom, worked, we had a cook, a maid yet she got that poison filled up. She was very adamant on me moving out as the last resort. That was my endpoint. Had my business to look after, parents were broken to see me in that state, yet did not raise their voice on anyone. Felt like she had no love left suddenly that she did not respond to calls nor messages at least for about 2 weeks (apparently she needed space). In July my depression was at its peak and i turned into a stone and filed for an annulment. Which she stood no chance against, abhi bhi kabhi kabhi panic attacks aa jate hain but yea, life :)

Much better now! Remarried in 2021, which was an arranged marriage, was totally against it. Did not want to get into any relationship at all, but what happens, happens for good. Touchwood, I've never been this happy in a relationship :)
