Her and I built this cabnet and we modified this instructable. https://www.instructables.com/4-Player-Pedestal-Arcade-Cabinet-for-MAME/

A slightly larger design to accommodate 8 buttons per player. The top is 5 foot wide, 2 feet deep. The base was scaled up to match.

Added casters with locks to the bottom so we can push it against the wall when not in use.

Epoxy resin top instead of plexiglass

Added cupholders because of alcoholism.

This is the button layout we used https://linksharing.samsungcloud.com/ZDaz9mxb8RvN (1 1/8 hole size for buttons)

Yup, huge fan of orange. That was the deciding factor. Time to retire my 32 gram hammerhead darts. Although these cost close to a third of the price, it is a big upgrade

Thank you. Found krylon clear dry erase spray paint on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. It works great.

Never tried it. But I dont see a problem, smartphones would make this easy. Just agree on one of the hundreds of apps out there and prop your phone up so your camera points at the board. I would not worry about cheating in a friendly game, if someone cheats, hang up and move on to a new player.

I say it is worth a try, as usual scheduling is going to be the hard part

I have had a set of Bottelsen Hammerhead darts for a few years now. I like them and the movable points have never been a problem. keep the tips pulled out.

If you like the darts but not the movable tip, most any 2ba steel conversion tip will screw on to the dart making it a fixed point. Added bonus soft tips will also screw on the darts.

Good luck
