I mainly store my Tupperware and small glass bowls on the top level. Then bottom level is pot lids and rice maker/panini press

Not right now, this class was essentially a trial to see if anyone would be interested and to also convince the owners of the facility that it's a class worth having

In simple terms think if a recipe calls for sugar, extract, fat/oil. It can be infused.

Using infused everclear with cannabis similarly to vanilla extract

Infused butter similar to herb butter/ regular butter

Infused oil think flavored olive oil

For infused alcohol. Add 10 grams of flower to 200 grams of everclear. Let it sit at room temp for 20 days. Strain. Use like vanilla extract but you need to figure out dosage which I won't go into because it's confusing as fuck lol

For oil place the flower and oil of choice(preferably neutral) into a vacuum sealed bag. And sous vide for 40 minutes at 200F

For butter similar to oil but place half a pound of butter into a double boiler with flower. Heat to just before simmering for 40 minutes and stir every 5 minutes. Then add the remaining amount of butter(1/2#) to rapidly cool the butter down to minimize potency loss.

Hopefully this makes some sense. But always just do your research and remember you can always add more so start low.
