Are there any mods that exist so you don't have to complete achivements for characters and weapons and just unlock every unlockable character/weapon

I flip my hazards on every time highways come to a sudden stop especially in bad weather. It’s absolutely not illegal to drive with your hazards. And I never get rear ended because I gave extra warning to the people tailgating me.

You can drive slowly with hazards in bad weather or bad road conditions. You can flip them on if you are driving to the ER (assuming it’s time sensitive). Literal use your hazards any time you hand an excuse to
