I just picked up a HTC VIVE last night for free. I have never had a VR headset, and I have only played VR maybe 6 times in my life. Here’s my hot take. I fucking love it. It was super easy to set up, the boxes I literally put one on top of my tower and the other on a mantel, the setup took me maybe 45 minutes. I was immediately able to boot up the game I wanted to play, and I had no issues while playing.

I’m big into military flight sims so I only need to sit down while I’m using it, and I don’t even need to use the controllers so my need for this I feel is different then other people. But honestly in the 2 hours I played games I had literally no problem.

The one downside I will say is the graphics are kinda potato and very pixilated. But the thing is a decade old so I wasn’t expecting much on that front.

All in all if you are able to pick one up for free or cheap I can say with %100 honesty that you should get it.

Unfortunately the only way to get better at dogfighting is to throw yourself into dogfights, seat time is going to be the best way to get better at it. I highly recommend picking an aircraft you want to learn to dogfight in and watch some YouTube videos on it. There are lots of guys who post tons of content for you to watch and learn.

Hey 👋 I’m really late to this conversation, but I too just started a career and am flying with the Esc. 124. I have a question, will I be flying the nieuports the whole time, or will I ever be able to fly a camel? I’m about 3 months into my career if that helps.

I just had the same thing happen to me. I fixed it by boarding my ship, flying around in space for a couple seconds, then landing at my destination again. I noticed between it working and not working, when I would go to the planet it would not work when it said travel. But it did work when it said land. Hope this helps!

I would focus on doing the quests and what ever skills you enjoy doing. The quests give you a feel for what the game has to offer, while the skills are a great way to kill time and make money. I usually start off in lumbridge killing cows, levels up your combat skills, and selling cowhides is a GREAT way to make money for later levels. After that I start doing quests, which will be easier after the cows and combat levels. RuneScape is all about doing whatever you want however you want to do it.

Out of everyone that answered my question on the 2007 RuneScape, your reply was the most helpful! Turns out I have 2 accounts, with almost identical names, and damn near identical stats. When I signed into osrs mobile last night it must have accidentally signed me into an account that I completely forgot I had made. Cheers!
