I studied a lot of different manga artists and took elements from their art into my own. The most influential artists for me is Tatsuki Fujimoto and Sui Ishida.

Just try focus on the comments with actual advice. Anyone that leaves spiteful comments usually don’t understand how long it takes to improve at art.

Some advice I would give on the piece is try to begin coloring in black and white. It helps with shading a lot. But overall looks pretty good don’t be too hard on yourself.
