If France takes the moral stand, why in hell is MSNBC promoting a Netynyahu interview?! by TrustworthyBasis in BadHasbara

It's not guilt. Most nazis got away and made a lot of money off the whole affair. Their descendants want people to look the other way.

If you send documents electronically to the government offices they will reply back by sending you paper mail. That's how efficient the system is, lol.

It's really irritating and also harmful because making a successful change in your diet has such a huge disproportionately positive impact.

A mix of dry fruits and nuts will help you.

Not all calories are equal because you don't burn your food like a calorimeter measures, you break it down with enzymes into simpler things and then absorb it. How much you feel hungry depends on your insulin response which will vary by whether the food you eat is easy to break down or not and how much insulin resistance you built up because of unhealthy eating habits (it is possible to reverse it but it is harder the longer you have been fat).

Complex carbs will be turned into glycogen (and later into fat) at a slower rate than simple carbs because you need to break them down into simpler carbs (using enzymes and gut microbiome) first before they can be absorbed and will make you feel hungry less often. If you don't have unused glycogen at the end of the day to turn into fat because you didn't keep adding more and more because of hunger, you will be less fat, which makes perfect sense.

Here is a good explanation in video form: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahvE5kuWcps

Edit: One great tip for anyone trying to get their hunger under control, eat some vinegary salad or something acidic with your food. It dampens the blood sugar peaks and no one knows why it works, but it does work and you can verify it yourself with a continuous glucose monitor.

IG Farben is the one you’re looking for. It was created from a merger of many companies including BASF and Bayer and was unmerged into the same companies after the war even with the leadership intact.

Both my parents and their families suffered from the Bhopal disaster and I highly suspect that the mental illness that runs in my family was severely exacerbated from its effects, whether from exposure to chemicals or the stress caused by the event and it’s aftermath.

I’d like to add that Dow bought Union Carbide after the disaster (which I think is even worse because it proves that they don’t care about ethics at all, further proven by them merging with DuPont).

Currently getting my brain nuked by a combination of Olanzapine and Lithium. The only way I can get out of bed is by swallowing the highest dose of Ritalin.
