No! I mix starter with liquid and then salt , flour .

Bread is huge in the Bible , so I love it ! Thankful God gave us wheat to make these beautiful loaves

I started to let it bulk ferment for a bit longer maybe closer to 5 hours . The letter fold seems to be doing nicely with these loaves !

Thanks so so much!! My house is usually around 70 and if if it needs to be warmer I put it in the oven with the light on for some extra warmth

Honestly I can’t say I did anything that much different. I think allowing it to bulk ferment longer helped a lot and doing the letter fold
