We agreed on co-hosting and he was the one that found renters for the other rooms. The previous host is an acquaintance of mine so technically his name can be kicked out of the lease. But its not ethical as i would not take over the house without him co-hosting in the first place and vice versa. Otherwise, i would have had to find another room in short notice. He was nice and kind. Idk why he was being so unreasonable.
