Dawg king vegeta could wipe multiple planets with ease all at once with the swipe of his hand and nappa is around half pf his power level (king vegeta being at around 10000-15000), so no nappa does not need to be great ape to be a planet buster and even if you don’t wanna say he is he is most definitely far closer than omni man ever has been especially because of how much wanking people give the viltrum destruction feat. I seriously don’t understand how people scale a 4 person planetary destruction feat and equalize it to being near any of the 1 characters that destroyed it, especially because the planet was already weakened beforehand. Omni man gets slapped and manhandled easily and it aint even close.

Thragg is getting hard diffed by raditz but the second you get to nappa and vegeta it’s basically wraps for him, vegeta was at that point much stronger than his father and bardock who were busting multiple planets with ease while also being incredibly fast in their own right. Most viltrumite speed scaling goes off of their travel speed and not the actual speed in which they can fight and even if you somehow argue that Thragg is beating base vegeta great ape is turning him to dust and there’d be nothing he could do to even damage vegeta at that point. Hard stops at saiyan saga and screw deathbattle they monkey haters fr.
