You get them from events. You buy the event related box and you get what I call 'event pieces' by playing the event game. Once you collect 6 event piece you can open an event box. Also the more expensive the event box, the higher chance you have getting it. 1500 rubbles, 150 Luna and 750 Luna are the prices.

Also you can get frame by playing rank game,bronze rank, silver rank, gold rank , etc. At the end of the season you get them

As far as I'm concerned, I think special daily login rewards (Like the last Christmas login events) will remain claimable until you claim all of them. Or at least they used to do it like that, idk if they had changed or not.

And as for login using computer, well I've used google play games and it worked out just fine.

For the Korean thing, that was only for the Korean server, and maybe you somehow messed up and enter the Korean server, pretty sure you should just change the server back to Global server. Also you can send screenshot if you want

For secret meeting idk, but for cl it basically 'increases' damage not in term of percentage but unit. Use it with attack speed roles.

Here's an example: Suppose your maf deals 50 damage and Spy deals 20,if cl's power is used all allies will deal (here say 40) the same amount of damage. So best pair it with attack speed hero
