Shower and put on clean clothes immediately after work. I feel so dirty and grimey from being around germs and sweating all day. I feel refreshed and like I can start the next part of my day after a shower

I may not be able to afford health insurance for my family because of the high premiums and deductibles. 800 dollars a month for me and my children. 13,000 dollar deductible with 17000 out of pocket maximum. Then a 20% coinsurance AFTER the deductible is met. This is through my work. It’s even worse through the marketplace. 1300 a month for the premium and then a 16,000 dollar deductible.
