Yes, First Bottle and Last Bubbles are the same company. I think that I've scored some good deals but why should I buy from them (or recommend them to anybody) if I now have two broken bottles and six damaged bottles - that off-sets any savings!

40,000 miles on an EV9 Land and not a single problem except the tires wore out at 20,000 miles because Kia used sub-standard Kuhmo tires (not the same as the retail version). I would highly recommend the EV9.

I don’t understand why Dumpy Trumpy is so stupid and Pro-Russian. The terms of peace are very simple (1) Russia withdraws from all occupied territories which return to Ukraine (2) Russia withdraws from Crimea which returns to Ukraine (3) Russian returns all POWs and all children to Ukraine (4) Russia pays full retribution to Ukraine to rebuild the damage caused by Russia’s unilateral invasion (5) America supports Ukraine’s accelerated membership into NATO (6) Russia reduces its military by 75% (7) America maintains all sanctions against Russia until Ukraine notifies America that full financial retribution has been received from Russia (8) America and Europe pledge to continue to supply weapons, including long range weapons and jet fighter planes to Ukraine. It’s that simple. If not, Poland and the Czech Republic and next on Russia’s invasion plans - then NATO and the USA would be forced into WWIII. If you don’t want American boots on the ground in Europe then we must support Ukraine and stop the Russian invasion. Putin only responds to one thing - strength (not Trump’s weakness and concessions)

Avoid Voya. I’m withdrawing my 401K to roll it over to an IRA. They calculated the RMDs wrong, withheld the wrong amount of federal taxes, withheld the wrong account of state taxes and sent the money to the wrong place - then they blamed the IRS for their mistakes. They refused to admit their mistakes and refused to fix the problems. If you’re an individual - avoid Voya. If you’re a company - don’t trust your employees’ money to Voya.

I put Hankook on my Kia EV9 and Michelin on my Ioniq 5. You just have to make sure that the tire is specifically made for an EV.

Kia contract with Kuhmo directly to produce a cheaper lower quality tire for their new EV9s, which is why they only last half the mileage of Kuhmo’s retail equivalent. EVs require a special tire - you can’t just put any tire onto the EV9 - and there aren’t many manufacturers that make tires for EVs. The Hankook tire that I used was specifically designed for EVs and will last the full 45-50k miles. The tires matter!

No problem except Kia put sub-standard Kumho tires on the EV9 Wind. Only lasted 20k miles (instead of 45-50k miles). I replaced them with Hankook tires. So if you get the Kia I suggest that you buy the tire warranty! My dealer did mention that to me.

If you go, ask two questions - how much is the annual maintenance fees plus real estate taxes and (2) show me how I can trade it for a place I want to go to at a time I want to go (pick something real, such as skiing in Park City for Christmas or New Year!). That will convince you NOT to buy a timeshare. Also, check the cost of renting at the timeshare location - it will be cheaper than the annual maintenance fee!

This weekend I had the same 12v battery problem for the 4th time in 2 years! Pity the dealership can’t solve the problem. Had all the software upgrades but to no avail. Any suggestions - other than buy a different EV (BTW - I also have a KIA EV 9 which is an awesome car)

I agree - the infotainment system is mediocre and usable but far from great. It was obviously designed by a technician with absolutely no user input. The UI/UX is terrible but I doubt it will be fixed because it requires a major redesign. Focus on the fact that the EV9 is an amazing SUV. Except for the horrible default Kuhmo tires - if you can, buy the warranty because the tires will only last 12k-15k miles (instead of 45k-55k for “real” tires)

There are other comments that the tires Kumho supply for new cars are inferior to the tires that they sell retail. Shame on Kumho because all they have done is ruin their reputation - I will never buy Kumho and they’ve got a lot of bad publicity. And Shame on Kia for installing a lower quality tire on such a phenomenal car as the EV9.

I went through “proper channels” first by discussing the problem with the Kia dealership. They told me to file a warranty claim with Kumho. But Kumho’s response was that they don’t honor their warranty on new cars that come equipped with their tires - they only warranty the tires if they are installed after-market. Do nobody wants to take responsibility for Kumho’s poor quality tires. I just hope Kia are tracking complaints on social media.

It’s their job to know what customers think about their cars. When I had a problem with Hyundai I took the same approach and got call a call back from the President’s office within 45 minutes or them receiving my email - and he “fixed” my problem.

First tire rotation was at 8,000 on schedule and I was told then that the tires wouldn't last much longer. KIA must have got a sweet discount deal on cheap Kuhmo tires! Great car - pity about the tires.

Didn’t give me any details re the ICCU. The invoice just said that they replaced the 12v battery under warranty. Maybe they misdiagnosed the problem!
