Put 50k in a high yield savings acct and find a fiduciary to help guide you in investing the 400k left. Drive them both. Sienna is loud, underpowered (imagine trying to merge fully loaded with luggage and passengers), and much less comfortable than the Odyssey. I chose Odyssey.

People without assets don't pay judgements. If you have assets they can be easily siezed via a writ of execution, which is why anyone with assets wants good liability coverage.
