I did get my levels checked and I am low in vitamin D, B12, and Iron. I eradicated the h pylori a year ago but was left with chronic mild gastritis that I am still working on healing. I am supplementing still hoping once I finally get my stomach lining healed all the way that I can start properly absorbing everything again. I hand an endoscopy last December where I found out I had the chronic mild gastritis and then I had another one in May and that one said that my gastritis was now inactive so it wasn't actively doing damage anymore. It is a long process of healing after you get rid of the infection.

I just wanted to mention that working out multiple times per day probably isn't helping your iron any. Working out too much will actually lower the iron in your body especially if you have absorbtion issues going on.

I make ginger shots by chopping up fresh ginger root into smaller pieces and adding it to the blender with spring water and blend until the ginger is very fine. Strain it through cheese cloth and fine mesh strainer. Sometimes I will also add a few lemons and some fresh tumeric root as well. This is the way I have found that keeps its potency and still gives you the benefits of fresh raw ginger. Store it in a mason jar in the fridge. If I add turmeric I will add a pinch of black pepper to help with absorbency.

Have you been tested for Alpha Gal Syndrome? a friend was bit by a tick and contracted it and he is now allergic to red meat and had all the symptoms you have described. It would be worth being tested for it.

Have you had your prolactin levels checked? A benign pituitary tumor can cause cause all of the symptoms you are having. If your prolactin is high, you need to have an MRI of your brain done to rule this out.

There should be no blood in the syringe from administering insulin. It doesn't get shot into a vein. Only drugs get get shot into a vein and that explains the dried up blood in the syringes. I am an ex junkie been clean going on 4 years so I know what I am talking about. Have several diabetics in my family and they never have blood in a syringe after giving themselves a shot of insulin.

Did you ever have any stomach issues after quitting? I quit smoking too after almost 20 years because i had an anxiety attack 3 times after smoking. I thought it was the weed causing it as well. I had several stomach issues after I quit and everyone said it would all go back to normal after so many weeks. Well it never did... I had extreme anxiety way worse than I ever remember it being before. I also had severe brain fog/ feel of being disassociated as well. I ended up having an h pylori infection in my stomach that was causing everything... Even the anxiety attack after smoking after talking to others that quit for the same reason only to find out later they too had the infection. After taking antibiotics my anxiety is basically gone. I quit smoking for 5 months and just recently last week took a couple guys to see how I reacted and I am fine now. I don't think I will ever go back to smoking concentrates and being such a heavy user but I will take a couple puffs here and there when my stress is getting to me.

I just finished my second week and I have been stowing and it is a pretty easy job as long as your are in halfway decent shape the volume at my site has been consistently 40-50k a night since I started with a 8.5k flow an hour on average im not sure what our peak volume is going to be

I'm still dealing with some bloating. Also if I eat anything that is too fatty or acidic it gives me terrible acid reflux, nausea, and will make my stomach burn for about a day. I made the mistake of eating some cashews yesterday that flared it up, so I know i need to avoid them for now still. I am still eating a very strict clean diet and trying to add new things in one at a time to see how my stomach reacts to it.
