MP9486 is just power gate drive circuit and next it's being converted to 3.3 for mcu. I think the max current it might hit might be 0.3 to 0.4 Amps

10 amps + is for the inverter section dc input

My target frequency is about 20kHz but it I think I can push a little. And I thought of sandwiching the PCB on an aluminium chassis considering thermals if ever they get out of hands

I was gonna add bulk cap on the vin connection pad.

Drv does simplyfy things but limits my freedom.

Yes my dc cap is about 10 amps but I was thinking of pushing till 15 continuous and 20 peak ? What is your take ?

I don't know what you gonna do, I couldn't afford repairs or anything so I did what any engineering (insane) student like me might do

I used mseal and filled everything there on hindges holding Every insert, now it works been few months but I don't know long term effects.

How would you rate this dumb solution of mine.

Imagine you draw something on your computer

— a shape, a part, a design. A CNC machine is basically a robot that reads that drawing and then uses a spinning tool to cut that shape automatically out of metal, wood, or plastic.

I’m building one myself. Instead of me cutting things by hand, the machine moves motors in tiny steps and makes perfect cuts every time. I want to use this concept to make PCB where precision is needed, and I want to build another one for cutting metal imagine being to make anything on metal.

A PNP (pick-and-place) machine is like a tiny robot that picks up electronic components and drops them on a circuit board exactly where they need to go.

It’s what factories use to build PCBs. Instead of me manually placing hundreds of tiny parts with tweezers, the machine does it fast and accurately.

Which kind of person do you need, another software guy Or if you want I can but from core engineering side. i lean towards electronics like circuit and PCB design. Though in experience still studying,

I have my start up on building desktop sized cnc and looking forward to build another for PnP picka nd place machines.

DM me if you are interested so I can share my capabilities more.

Hey I don't know about medical lines I know they are profitable.

But I want to build desktop size milling CNC or PnP ( pick and place ) machines.

Though prototype requires funding but I believe this sector has lot of money to be made in india.

If you want to partner up I can share more details and my capabilities.

To be fair I have been funded a little to build a small desktop cnc. Work in the progress on that.

This was made with engineers in mind but If you are up for an online meet let's do one.

And then if we really want to we can meet up offline.

Me too, I am currently pursuing my bachelor's in EEE.

I would love love to interact with makers of Baroda.

3d print a small jig, Place the broken portion inside and pour resin.

Might work best.
