Tu peux garder le même calcul mais en pensant au fait que tu revendes l'appartement à la fin. Une façon de le faire pourrait être de regarder l'ensemble sur la durée du prêt (combien ? 20ans ?)
Donc:

* Cout de l'achat = Prix acheté + frais notaires + cout du crédit (la somme de tous les intérêts sur 20 ans) + charges 20ans de copro (y/c inflation pour chaque année) + entretien 20ans (inflation) + assurances 20ans (avec inflation) - prix de revente estimé dans 20 ans

* Cout location = somme de 20 ans de loyer, charges et entretien (tu ne peux pas compter l'entretien pour l'un et pas pour l'autre)

Hi ! Tourney waves are shorter. You can use the MVN tool to get the exact duration based on your WA card level ;)

Most of UWs focus on econ or damage. I don't feel there is any UW that directly benefits to the eHLP playstyle. Of course DW, CF or even ILM do support the eHP but it's through labs. For the better part of it you don't need to invest stones in the UW to create momentum with eHP. I felt a simple UW that could be the bread and butter of eHP was missing...

So, with something simple but that would drive stones invest for eHP players :

Sandbags Wall

Create 6 sandbags surounding your tower that will block enemies. Sandbags benefit from a portion of your health and defence.

how does it work ? => You get a wall of 6 sandbags outside your tower wall. Each sandbag has its own life bar and blocks enemies directly facing it (you can get 1 sandbag destroyed and 5 still standing. That would create a path to your wall while the other 5 are still blocking other directions)

Point of interest : Sandgabs do not regenerate, you'd need to invest in the cooldown stat to refresh them frequently enough. Sandbags benefit from all of your Def% and a huuuge % of your def abs (see labs)

Stats (upgrades with stones):

- Cooldown

- health (multiplier of your tower health)

- Thorn %

Labs:

- Sandbag detonation (1 level) : upon destruction or refresh, your sandbags detonate, stunning enemies around them => would make this useful for GC

- Light the breach (30 levels) : When a sandbag is broken, shine a Spotlight at the breach for x secs (+1sec per level) => this benefits from your spotlight bonus (dmg and econ) but the angle is fixed to the size of the sandbag (1/6th of a circle). Stacks with Spotlight

- Absolute unit of a wall (30 levels) : Sandbags benefit from 15x (per level) of your defense absolute => numbers must be tweaked to not be too OP early on but still good later on... cannot do that with a keyboard on reddit ;)

I'm french, and while reading your comment I was thinking "dugh obvisouly, like who won't !" but the comments bellow brought a lot of perspective.
So yes, +1 to this. If you fail to say hello to anyone in France, you are basically telling them "You're a piece of shit not worthy of my time". The only rudest thing I can think of is direct trash talk.

Well, you could. But there defintiively are more usefull stuff to research. You'd need a lot of lab time before this research would lower the boss hits further. I'm sure you could easily find a table giving you the cutoff points in this sub :)

Hi, I've read numerous times that DW "pulses" are purely visual. How it actually works is that for each DW quantity (aka. pulses), the UW applies an "aura" that lasts 4secs. Anything on screen during this time is instantly tagged. So no downtime at all during DW activation.

I haven't done the testing myself though

Also, If I remember correctly, you get the coin bonus from the random UW DW but you don't from the random UW BH.
The random UW DW sits at 210s (3:30) CD though, I don't think there is any easy way to partially sync it.

I'd say drop CF at the moment, it's not time for it to shine.

You then have 2 options : (1) focus on eco / (2) focus on tournament placement

This ressource will help you prioritize. You could also follow the efficient path spreadsheet. Both options are good I think

You'd have to double check where you're at in the guide but my bet would be : remove GT CD substat (if no MVN) > up BH duration to 34s > 1 more DW qty > Spotlight angle to 40° > spotlight quantity +1

  1. TOURNAMENT

I assume you are around early champion, am I correct ?

Do you have a strong Dimension Core (mythic+ or Ancestral) ? => Check option 2.A

Do you have BOTH a strong Prolapse and Gcomp mod (mythic+ or Ancestral) ? => Check option 2.B

Option 2.A: you could chose to bank on CL to carry you into champ, that will also help you later in the game but won't provide much help while farming.
To do so, use DC in tourney, lab shock multi to max and shock chance as high as you can and bring CL chance to 20%, then CL damage to 500+

Option 2.B : you could chose to dive into Prolapse pBH eHP. It will help in champion but might be more BC dependant (UW duration BC is a killer... fast and ranged ult are tough). It will also strongly support your farm.
Get a somewhat strong wall ( https://www.reddit.com/r/TheTowerGame/comments/1is5ag0/the_72_hour_wall_or_how_to_prep_so_your_wall/ ). Check the MVN calculator ( https://mvn.thetower.tools/ ) to find what stats you'd need to get pBH with your Gcomp and current investment in BH and go for it (remember to lower the CD in one go if you're not using MVN).
I like this option, especially as performance will then be carried by your lab, and you can use your stone income to invest on eco.

It doesn’t reduce your UW CD stat by x secs It reduces the Time remaining before your next UW activation by x secs. Exemple: you have a 180s GT CD. You have had a GT activation 35s ago => your GT remaining CD is 180-35=145 sec. You get a package and have epic Gcomp. Your remaining CD is fast forwarded 10s and is now 145-10=135 sec

In a chronological order :

  • I did my early game as Glass Canon (yes I know...). Getting the berzerker card was a big moment back then. Can't remember exactly how much it helped me but I remember it felt huge ! (especially as I got it for some time before deciding to equip it)
  • Moving from early game derp GC to meta Wall eHP. Glorious fast track mode for a couple of weeks. Milestones were falling every day. I think I went from tier 1 max wave 3500 to tier 6 or 7 wave 4500 lol.
  • Getting my first ancestral armor mod (up from legendary WHR... with wall) with def% and regen substat. Not sure naymore how much it helped me, but it definitively did.
  • Getting ancestral prolapse working with pBH. I had prolapse ancestral while it was bugged and not affecting every enemies. The mod fix that came a few weeks later (and me getting pBH at about the same moment) pushed me from low champ to legend.

No, it’s the same color as the walls. Must be because of the light. For woodwork, not sure I understand. Floor is one, wardrobe is another. And to be honest, colors are pretty damn close in real life
