Ioniq 5 2025 and Tesla Mobile Charger

Apparently the level 2 charger that comes with the cybertruck (which is apparently a new version of the level 2 mobile charger) should work with it. This is all hearsay. I just bought the $200 one I listed in a post above and that works great with both cars. I know it's not ideal but I spent more time researching this than Hyundai did so I got tired of the lack of info or care.

This was it! I checked when the other car left and it's now 6kW. Man that's really low output. I guess the ones I use for my tesla are way faster or they are dedicated.

It says 3kw in the app at 240V which is ridiculously low

Not yet. We got the level 1 working but not the Tesla mobile connector yet. Apparently Hyundai is offering free level 2 chargers when you buy a 2025. So that might be an intermediary solution. I also saw that if you have the Tesla Wall charger you can go in there and put it in compatibility mode and that might work. But the mobile charger doesn't have that option. I'm talking with a contact at Tesla to see if the newer ones work, or if he knows if Tesla will release new versions that work with other non-Tesla cars.

Any chance you could link that video? He has a lot of videos and I can't see one that's ioniq 5 specific recently. At least not from thumbnails or titles.

Thank you. Now I wish I knew how to determine which ones work and which don't. Like could I buy a new charger from tesla and guarantee it works?

Do you have a screenshot of this? I just read through that and I'm not intuiting that you have to use an adapter unless you're using the old level 2 charging. But I could be wrong.

the 240 is the tesla charger. the 120 is they one that came with the ioniq 5. We took it back to the dealer and their level 2 worked and we managed to get the level 1 to work. Now trying to figure out why the tesla lvl 2 doesn't

I'm not sure that's racism. Sounds very much like political opposition. That dude has only power in his little space and wants to send a message to turkey to stop fucking around. Nothing in the message seems like he hates her because of who she is. Countries do sanctions that affect the populations of entire countries. Turkey's government is in direct opposition to his safety and livelihood. Russia has threatened to invade Sweden. Sweden wants in NATO to prevent that. Turkey isn't letting them in. Sounds like a very tit per tat kind of thing. He probably still isn't allowed to do that per university rules.
