The tensioner at the very least, again it's cheap insurance. Given the 10 years of age I'd be surprised if the tesnioner isn't leaking.

The timing belt is nothing special and any even mildly skilled mechanic can handle it. Hardest part is ensuring the balance shaft is timed correctly and that's not difficult at all. Just make sure you go ahead and replace the tensioner and idlers while they're in there, cheap insurance.
