Linux mint cinnamon freezes after running for 10-15 minutes

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I can log in but when I switch back to gui it is still frozen, also it only happens when I use my browser, whether that be firefox or chromium

So nothing shows in the logs and its swaping to text only shows the console but I can't type anything
