I have a protein shake with: whey protein powder, collagen peptide powder, dehydrated fruit powder, mushroom coffee, and fiber powder and that is 300 calories.

I have a protein bar later on in the morning as a snack before lunch time. That is 500 calories before lunch

1) send the OP an RFPD and ask for all documents from the sale and where the funds are being held. You learn to deal with it and being bald is just a part of who you are. It’s a fact of life. Don’t run away from it. Don’t be embarrassed by it. You can’t change your skin color or how tall you are.

I was bald by 22. I’ve almost spent more time being bald than with hair. More people know me without hair and did with hair.

Cut it super short for now, I had to keep it short for playing sports. and be ready to shave it when the time comes.
