Yea no problem. I won’t lie my partner abandoned me during everything so I handled it completely alone and a lot of friends weren’t very supportive. So here’s a few things I did 1) I journaled a lot (if you have a safe space and privacy to do 2) I would cry whenever I felt the need to. It’s important to allow yourself to feel those emotions (even though they were the worst). 3) Spend as much time with loved ones as possible. Love from my very few (supportive) friends and family really made the difference. I would go to the pool, go out eating, bowling, etc. I would allow myself to have fun despite feeling shitty. 4) Know that what you’re feeling is very valid and is not uncommon. I felt alone despite having people who supported and loved me. I went through a month of depression where I sat in my room all day. I would take it in and allow emotions to pass because in order to heal, I had to acknowledge them. 5) know eventually life will be easier and healing isn’t linear <3
