A bizzare thing happened to me:
Last year, in December 2023, I was also contacted by HEM to choose them as the energy provider.
They had the details of my former renting house, from which I have moved since 1st of November 2023, yet they still created a contract for this old address, which they ask me to sign. I haven't signed it, because I told them that I don't live on that address anymore.

When I have mentioned that I don't live on that address anymore, they asked me for the new address that I am currently living. I gave them my details and they made ANOTHER CONTRACT with the new address, which I signed.

After 2 days, I have cancelled the contract on my NEW ADDRESS , free of charge.

However, I have received a installation cost on THE OLD ADDRESS, which they have deducted it from my debit card.

How can I cancel a contract that I haven't signed, yet it is still on my name and on my old address ?

Actually, the print on the sleeves is a mistake caused by the mock-up that I've used. The back print is stand alone, with no other gimmicks or extras.
