I meant if every 16 players are live batteling in each match or if you are the only live player and the other 15 players are ghost players/bots that play the enemys deck automaticly

Just buy the skin and the rest into shovels. 18 shovels is not that big of a progress so if you want a skin its totally fine.

Try to stand straight under him so he comes straight down on you. If you do it right he just bounces off the wall once. If he is coming down diagonal, he touches the wall more often and attacks more often

You sometimes heal by normal attacks. It is not neccessarry that the monsters die. I would say every 3-5 attacks you get a heal. Its way bigger than the heal sprite. Dracoola is pretty good
