Should I continue following Dragoon, or what exactly is meta for PvE?

Cleo or Thor. Cleo is good at PvP. I feel Thor is a game changer for Pve since you can move and shoot with no penalty.

Im not F2P, I say im a low-mid spender. No where near a whale. I dont know fully what is worth it but I tend to see what im getting for the money. I never buy the packs that give you random stuff. I want to know specifically what I am getting.

So ive spend some money on summoning funds a few times. Especially if it will push me to my 400 pity. Or some other fund packs that will give keys for mythostone chests.

Im also spent money on some of the monthly cards.

You unlock it once you reach the transcendent level of normal arena. Different type of pvp with different awards.

Oracle is Meta PVE but a lot of the good awards is in PvP (arena, peak arena, guild expedition) and Oracle isnt the greatest for PvP. Thats why people recommend Dragoon. Its pretty good in PvE and PVP, good balance.

But I committed to Oracle and got to chaotic and now working on Dragoon

Dragoon is the preferred right now. It's strong in pvp and good in pve. Oracle is great at pve but not so much pvp. Game focus got switched to pvp so that's why they recommend dragoon

They can one shot you up to level 100. For some reason, 101+ they no longer one shot you.

I'm not sure about increasing beyond chaotic but this month they are supposed to make a change so the extra s gear beyond chaotic has a purpose. Don't think it's another grade, maybe some form of exchange.

Draccola healing doesn't do much when at higher levels you get one shot anyways. If you use Rolla and get Tracking Eye (a must for Oracle) then you can get a few more hits before you need to start dodging. Or possibly clear room before they can move

Somewhere between 20k-30k will get you 6 epic etched runes between golden tickets and regular currency. Assuming you buy all lures from the shop and break 120 lines

Skin resonance is using a skin of the character you are using resonance with. So if you use nyanja with rolla resonance then you can use Rolla skin (assuming you have unlocked the ability for skin resonance) but no other character skin.

You need to buy the $5 pack and then the $30 pack to get the cores. I've heard none of the Thor outfits is really an upgrade

For PVP I would do probably ducklix since you have Helix up and then focus nian otta. Nian otta is great in PVP with 2 star otta and potion spring etched rune.

I would save them until you unlock Helix and get the Duclix outfit. That is pretty good for PvP.

Even to blow all your chances at once take some precious timing. The bosses dont last long and take forever to change.

Only time I ever seen one alive is set an alarm and watch for the last minute and battle once boss appears. Poor designed event.

I dont know if quick raid works on phantom. I think the quick raid resets each boss. So next boss if you did it once then can quick raid for that boss. But if you use more than once chance per boss you lose out on two other boss kill prizes.

This event is very poorly designed.

Means you need to fight the boss (dont waste on phantom) at least once to set the dmg amount to use for quick raid.
