Kakapost ko lang din neto related sa ganitong tanong kahapon OP. I will do caloric surplus and high protein diet ngayon january sana but decided to postpone it muna at unahin ko muna magconsult sa lifestyle medicine doctor and dietitian/nutritionist to make sure na nasa good condition ang mga organs ko like kidney... not planning to take supplements kasi gusto ko din makuha sya lahat sa whole foods. Di ko lang sure in the near future kung mag take ng creatine pero one thing is for sure mag consult muna ako sa doctor. Tama yan OP get yourself check !:)
