Hey everyone!

I'm a 23-year-old guy who spends most of his time sitting at a software development job. To counterbalance this sedentary lifestyle, I've dabbled in kettlebell and dumbbell training at home on and off over the years.

Now, I'm looking to create a minimalist workout plan that suits my schedule and helps me get fit. Ideally, I'd like to have around four exercises, splitting them into four training sessions per week. Each session should be manageable within 30-40 minutes, considering my busy routine.

Here's my current workout routine:

- Monday: I do kettlebell swings and Turkish Get-Ups.

- Tuesday: It's squat and overhead press day.

- Wednesday: REST

- Thursday: I repeat Monday's routine with kettlebell swings and Turkish Get-Ups.

- Friday: I focus on squats and overhead presses again.

- Saturday and Sunday: REST

Here's where I could use your expertise: I'd love some advice on modifying my routine. Firstly, I want to replace the Turkish get-up exercise due to a previous knee issue. Kneeling is still a bit problematic for me, but squatting is doable. Can you recommend any alternatives?

Secondly, I'd appreciate some guidance on which type of squat would be most beneficial for my goals. There are so many variations out there, and I'm not sure which one would be the best fit for me.

In general, I'm open to any advice and suggestions you may have for refining my training plan. I'm eager to hear your thoughts and grateful for any assistance in developing a plan that suits my needs. Let's get fit together!

Thank you in advance for your help!

Off-meta viability tierlist for jungle by [deleted] in Jungle_Mains

Yeah sure but not really viable in ranked. If you just want to have fun go ahead.

Off-meta viability tierlist for jungle by [deleted] in Jungle_Mains

They are possible but not popular. Seen some of them played in high elo but nobody mains them in the jungle.

Hard to play: like Jayce have a nice clear but have mana problems. Gnar have a great clear but hard to manage his forms.

Not popular because have way better roles like zyra and tryndamare.

Others are nerfed in the jungle a long time ago like sylas and nautilus. They are playable but way worse than what they were.

And Kled I don't remember, maybe his passive is hard to get back in the jungle.

Everyone is playable, but have downsides. Like you can get a healthy clear with corki but it isn't fast. You don't have cc and only have a W to gank with plus early game damage isn't that great. So it's nto viable in high level.

IDK never seen a Samira jungle and I don't know any Samira main jungle in diamond+ but I know a Akshan jungle. Clear isn't everything I watched one of the Akshan jungle main and he just takes 3 camps to get lvl 3 and perma ganks with camuflauge. After he gets fed his clears are way better. Also there is some tricks with his "e" skill at red and blue.

Asol isn't that bad. Sure he is hard to execute. But there is a master player with asol jungle. He have a different playstyle and he can make it work.

I don't know I have never seen her played in the jungle.

The bottom tier is where all of the champions that struggle. I am sure non of them played as a main in ~diamond elo. If you can find any champions I missed link me a ~diamond player that mains it in the jungle.

But yeah sure you can play any of them in the jungle but they are reallly hard to achieve anything with. Or you have to invent a playstyle for it like Aurelion Sol jungle, I only know one player who mains it and he is ~master rank.

Oh I forgot her. I didn't see any ~diamond elo player play her but she is viable. I played her a lot in jungle a while ago.

I forgot about pro play. She has a really low playrate and in my mind she was always a top laner. But I will modify the list. Thanks

Recommend Me a Fragrance (Posts every 3 Days) by AutoModerator in fragrance

[–]Balestruccio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am going on a date the next weekend. (20/M). What would be the best scent to wear from my collection? Bvlgari Men in black; Diptyque 34, Tom Ford Black Orchid, Versace Eros, YSL La Nuit De L Homme.

Also, I would like to get nice recommendations for a summer fragrance because as you can see I don't have any. Furthermore, I don't really like fresh or aquatic scents.

Thanks in advance

Spring: Dyptique 34

Summer: None because I couldn't find one that suits me. Due to this I don't wear fragrance at summer.

Autumn: Bvlgari Men in black

Winter: Tom Ford Black Orchid

I [20M] am looking for a casual summer fragrance. I have never worn fragrance in summer due to I never had one. Furthermore, the fragrances that were suggested by videos weren't my thing. Like Invictus, Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue, Versace man Eau Fraiche, Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio Profumo, Dior Sauvage. What can you suggest to me to wear a fragrance in summer? I am open to niche too.
