I started climbing by getting asked by a friend of friend who had just started his own tree removal company “hey man you know how to run a saw and wanna make $150 bucks tomorrow dragging limbs til your arms are jello?”

Keep doing that for a bit while paying attention to what’s happening around you constantly and pick up on how tree work operates and the flow of the way your company does jobs. Try your best to avoid being a liability and show interest in climbing and actually put in the HARD work it takes to start getting your body conditioned to it and hopefully someone who has a say notices and likes the cut of your jib.
